We collect the following data using the services you use:

technical data: e.g. IP address, browser type, information about your computer, data regarding the current (approximate) location of the device you are using; data collected using cookies or similar technologies: for more information, read the Cookies section.


1. How do we use the collected data?
We use the data collected to offer you ​​our service every day, to inform you about our commercial activities or to offer you a more personalized service in line with your interests.

1.1. To ensure access to our services and improve their provision
We use your information to ensure that you access and deliver our services, including:

quote requests for our rental services with driver
direct contact for requests and information
promotional communications via email, sms, whatsapp, push notifications
These treatments are necessary to correctly provide users with Codoni NCC services.

We also use your data to improve and implement the service, through the following treatments:

detection of your current (approximate) location to facilitate the use of some services
These treatments are based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (see point 3.1) and you can object at any time.

1.2. To inform you about our business activities
We use the data collected, if you have expressly given your consent, to inform you about promotional activities that may be of interest to you.

In particular we use them for:

communicate promotional, commercial and advertising activities on Codoni NCC events, initiatives or partnerships, by e-mail, by sending SMS or push notifications; only if you are a professional, for telephone calls through an operator, customer assistance service consisting in the offer of services dedicated to sales and after-sales
perform analysis and reporting activities related to promotional communication systems, such as tracking the number of emails opened, clicks on links within the communication, the type of device used to read the communication and the related operating system or the newsletter unsubscription list.


1.3. To offer you a personalized service
We process the data collected, if you have expressly given your consent, to analyze your consumption habits or choices in order to offer an increasingly personalized service in line with your interests and improve our commercial offer. These analyzes are in no case related to an automated decision-making process.

2. Is the provision of data mandatory?
The provision of personal data is mandatory only for the treatment necessary for the provision of the services offered by Codoni NCC (any refusal in order to provide the service makes it impossible to use the service); it is optional for promotional and profiling purposes and any refusal to give consent has no negative consequences on the provision of the service offered on this website and/or related applications.

3. Who are the subjects of the treatment?
3.1. Data controller
The data controller is Codoni NCC in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative.

The controller uses data processors to achieve the purposes specified in point 1 and a data protection officer (DPO) to monitor the protection of personal data.

For each request relating to your personal data, please refer to the following point 3.2.

3.2. Data Protection Officer (DPO) and contact details
Codoni NCC does not represent a public authority or a public body, does not monitor user data systematically on a large scale and does not process sensitive information or data relating to criminal convictions and crimes: it is therefore not obliged to appoint a data protection officer data.

3.3. Subjects to whom personal data may be communicated
The data collected as part of the provision of the service can be communicated to:

companies that perform functions strictly connected and instrumental to the operations, including technical ones, of the Codoni NCC services, suppliers of direct marketing and customer assistance services, companies that provide archiving, communication and messaging, administration, payment and billing services, which supply technical components for the provision of certain features of the service
administrative and judicial bodies and authorities by virtue of legal obligations
Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union for processing by some of our service providers. In this case, we ensure that this transfer takes place in compliance with current legislation and that an adequate level of protection of personal data is guaranteed based on an adequacy decision, on standard clauses defined by the European Commission or on Binding Corporate Rules.

Under no circumstances do we transfer or sell personal data to third parties.

4 Exercise your rights
Anyone using our service can:

obtain from the owner, at any time, information on the existence of their personal data, on the origin of the same, on the purposes and methods of treatment and, if present, to obtain access to personal data and information referred to in article 15 of the GDPR

5. How and for how long will your data be stored?
The retention of personal data will take place in paper and / or electronic / IT format and for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in point 1, in compliance with privacy and current regulations.

In the case of active users, the content generated by the user will be archived for 36 months for security reasons, prevention and content moderation and / or behavior contrary to the conditions of the Codoni NCC service in order to guarantee a better quality of service also in collaboration with the authorities.

For the purpose of analysis aimed at the development and improvement of the service, the user's personal data may be subject to the same retention period.

For direct marketing and profiling purposes, we keep your data for a maximum period equal to that established by the applicable legislation (respectively equal to 24 and 12 months).

Any invoices, accounting documents and transaction data are archived for 11 years in accordance with the law (including tax obligations).

In the case of exercising the right to be forgotten through the request for explicit cancellation of personal data processed by the owner, we remind you that such data will be kept, in a protected form and with limited access, only for the purpose of ascertaining and prosecuting crimes, no later than 12 months from the date of the request and will subsequently be deleted in a secure way or made anonymous in an irreversible way.

Finally, we remind you that for the same purposes, the data relating to electronic traffic, excluding the contents of the communications, will be kept for a period not exceeding 6 years from the date of the communication, pursuant to art. 24 of Law no. 167/2017, which transposed EU Directive 2017/541 on counter-terrorism.

If you do not exercise any active actions (such as browsing, searching and/or any other way of using the service) on Fast Private Jet for a period of 27 months, you will be classified as an inactive user and your personal data will be automatically deleted.

6. How do we ensure the protection of your data?
The data is collected by the subjects indicated in point 3, according to the indications of the relevant legislation, with particular regard to the security measures envisaged by the GDPR (article 32) for their treatment using IT, manual and automated tools and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated in point 1 and in any case in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

In compliance with the applicable regulations, an antispam verification system is active on communication between users. The data entered can be verified for the sole purpose of identifying illegal activities or contents that do not comply with the General Conditions of Service, but will not be processed or communicated for commercial or promotional purposes.

7.1. Contact and communication tools
The contact and communication tools are represented by:

Direct contact by phone, email, contact form, instant messaging tools (e.g. Whatsapp) or chat to communicate with Codoni NCC or other registered users.
We may control the content of the communications in order to moderate them for security reasons and to preserve the etiquette and publication rules of Codoni Rental with driver.

The use of communication services implies the possibility that the user's identity (as indicated at the time of registration / provision of the Codoni NCC services) and the related contents are disclosed during the activity sessions.

We reserve the right to exclude from the communication services, and more generally from the services offered by Codoni NCC, all those who do not comply with the rules and / or do not comply with the purposes defined for the use of communication services, as well as all those who adopt incorrect behavior and / or disrespectful of people.

7.2. investigations
We may ask you, while browsing, for your willingness to participate in any targeted survey in order to know your opinion and the degree of satisfaction with the services provided.

Within the surveys it will be possible, optionally, to provide an e-mail address to receive news and information on Codoni NCC services.

7.3. Position
When using Codoni NCC applications and services with active location tracking, information about your current (approximate) location may be collected and processed. This data is processed anonymously, in a format that does not allow the user to be identified and used personally for the sole purpose of facilitating the use of certain location-based service features. You can activate / deactivate location services at any time by accessing your browser and / or device settings as follows:
